Hi everyone. Firstly, thanks for reading my post.

I know you get a lot of "Will My PC Run Guild Wars?" questions but I'm kind of a noob and require some help.

I know my PC meets the minimum requirement for running the first Guild Wars campaign, but how well will I be able to run it? Will it look nice or bad? Will I get a decent framerate? Here are my PC's stats.

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.00GHz

376MB RAM

Intel 82845G Graphics Controller 64MB

2x 40GB Hard Drive

Also, I'd like to know why Nightfall requires more computer power to run with everything turned up high. It runs from the same client doesn't it? Thanks for your help guys. Cheers.

to answer your first question: it will look bad, and won't run at a playable framerate. in fact, your computer does not meet the minimum requirement. your graphics is an integrated graphics solution, which is not completely compatible with GW.

as for why NF require higher minimum... this is because NF utilizes better textures with more dramatic special effects, which demand a better machine.
